Contract Details :
- Job Title : Materials Supervisor
- Type of contract : Long-term At-will
- Expected Hiring Date : September 2026

Responsibilities :
Responsibility 1:
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations
- Supervise the shipping and receiving personnel
- Manage Shipping operations to ensure customer delivery ratings are met including service deliveries
- Responsible for maintaining customer systems, and trained as back up for Master Scheduler
- Schedules cycle counts for counters to perform
- Ensures compliance score is met
Responsibility 2:
- Manage Service operations to achieve Service delivery requirements
- Maintain the 5-S system in the warehouse and shipping office
- Implement/maintain Insystems board for Shipping and Receiving
Responsibility 3:
- Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arises
- Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing
- Must be able to lift up to 33lbs on a regular basis
- Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Personal Background
- Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience implementing Lean Systems in a manufacturing environment
Job Technical skills
- Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); especially Excel
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of SAP system
