MISSION:

Functional best practices and procedures, Group safety procedures and standards, KEOPS, POMS Standards (Opmobility Manufacturing System), SCOOP (Supply Chain Organization of Plastic Omnium) Documentation, ISO Procedures, and IMS {Integrated management system).

 

Proactively responds lo customer Issues in a timely fashion. Takes responsibility to resolve customer complaints, prioritizing customers' long-term Interests. Committed to exceeding customer expectations and striving to make sustainable longer-term improvements.

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Programming of Fanuc and ABB robots
  • PLC  programming and Faultfinding oh Schnelder PL7 using Graphlet and Ladder Logic. PLC programming and Fault finding on Schneider UNITY PRO 8.1 and V12
  • PLC programming and fault finding on Schnelder VIJEO DESIGNER 6;2 HMI interfaces. PLC programming and Fault finding on Siemens Step 7 using Graphlet and Ladder Logic. PLC programming and Fault finding on Pilz systems
  • Integrating equipment 1/0 into Robot Programs, Fanuc/ABB
  • Maintaining documentation for oil Robot parameters and program change management Controlling robot backups
  • Manage service visits for Fanuc/ ABB robots
  • Detecting and repairing robot defects
  • Carry out any required training for rob.at operators
  • Enhance and repair in-house or with the aid of external sources. Participation In TPM process
  • Compliance with current work Instructions
  • Corry out other work in accordance with directions
  • Hove an understanding of Lean manufacturing and kaizen principles
  • Generate Improvement ideas lo Improve Quality, Cost and Delivery
  • Responsible for bonding standard and its application
  • Must be able to take minimal direction and see projects through to the end
  • RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Certification (initially and annually)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HNC Level in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
  • Qualifications in Robotics programming (desirable)
  • Qualifications in PLC programming (desirable)
  • Knowledge In HMI programming (desirable) Knowledge In Safety PLC (desirable)
  • Understanding of electro-pneumatic logic (essential)
  • Knowledge in gluing process
