Mission:

Managee incidents and requests from end users.  Ability to address level 1, level 2, and level 3 issues.  Ability to renew PCs

Activities:

• Monthly support reporting
• Standardized solutions documented in Support Tool
• Collect end users incidents and requests
• Solve issues and answer requests
• Reassignments
• Answer user questions
• Deploy best practices
• Keep inventory accurate
• Plan renewal of hardware and replace obsolete equipment
• Reconfigure hardware equipment depending on users' needs
• Communicate to the users the IT assests' rules of use and the local IT organization to support the assets
• Participate to awareness sessions with users

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• 2 years experience in similar job or field.
