SITE MANUFACTURING APPRENTICE

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve workflow in the assembly area to enhance productivity.
• Review and propose layout optimizations for better space utilization.
• Conduct cycle time studies and identify opportunities for reduction.
• Support production organization improvements to streamline operations.
• Implement and sustain 5S principles to improve workplace organization and visual management.
• Up date of standard work instruction.
• Contribute to strategies for MOD (Manpower) utilization optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (8D, Ichikawa methodology)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, line balancing
• Proficient in MS Office required; knowledge of AutoCAD tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
