HR INTERN
HR Intern Essential Functions/Duties:
- Assist with the collection and filing of HR files, including record retention, performance documents, and employee files.
- Perform quarterly employee file audit.
- Post job openings on Opteam and Handshake, monitor and share applications with the hiring manager.
- Coordinate and take part in candidate interviews.
- Complete pre-employment verifications, background screenings, and drug screenings.
- Event scheduling for US5 and HQ.
- Schedule training opportunities for employees.
- Maintain employee training system and training plan.
- Perform quarterly audits on the training system.
- Assist in organizational chart audits.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and new hire documents.
- Assist with KPI monthly reporting needs.
- Compile data to create bar graphs on monthly and historical HR KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Assist with reviewing and modifying HR practices to ensure compliance with IATF audit requirements.
- Assist with HR policy updates and revisions.
- Can stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor and Plant Manager for safety-related matters requiring immediate repair.
- Perform all duties in a safe & environmental manner.
- Interface with all HBPO employees.
- Participate in creating a safe-oriented work environment.
- Use PPE as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Sophmore level)
- Microsoft Office/Excel
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Reliability
