IT Intern Essential Functions/Duties:
1. Installation, Configuration, Administration, and basic support hardware and software
2. Corrective and preventive maintenance plans
3. Basic configurations and support for networks and their components
4. Office and Production users support
5. Hardware and software troubleshooting.
6. Document Standard Operating Procedures and update as needed
7. Production process support
8. To maintain professionalism, good attitude, and appropriate behavior with all customers (both internal: OP Mobility personnel and external: OEMs and suppliers)
9. To define, implement, and ensure adherence to the 5 S standards for the server room and work place
10. Constant focus on leveraging data to identify project opportunities
11. Adhering to established measures, procedures, and rules for compliance with the Environmental Management and Safety System requirements based on ISO 14001 and PASST, considering policy compliance and system objectives
12. Demonstrating commitment and assuming responsibility for following and complying with the requirements of the Quality Management System based on IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, contributing to compliance with policy, objectives, and customer requirements
13. Demonstrating commitment and assuming responsibility for following and complying with the requirements established in environmental, safety, and energy matters based on ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and PASST standards, contributing to policy and objectives compliance
14. Participating in the Continuous Improvement program by generating and closing ideas or implementing necessary actions to meet CSR and increase customer satisfaction
15. Can stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor Manager, or Plant Manager of safety-related matters requiring immediate attention
16. Administration and proper use of personal and sensitive data, complying with applicable regulations and laws
17. Perform all duties safely and environmentally
18. Interface with OP Mobility production employees
19. Participate in creating a safe-oriented work environment
20. Use PPE as required
21. Cooperation with Human Resources in dealing with personal matters
22. Other duties as assigned
Required Experience/Skills:
- Pursuing a degree in IT (Sophmore level)
- Microsoft Office/Excel
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Reliability
