MATERIALS PLANNER

• Good Organizational skills
• Strong communication – Verbal & Written

• Working knowledge of MRO – SAP and asset
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• IATF16949/CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) ISO 14001
• Tier1 knowledge an asset.
• 3+ years in Materials role.
• APICS/ PMAC training

Planner role: 

• Coordinate production materials and services to ensure timely delivery and minimize costs.
• Train and manage personnel involved in logistics and material handling.
• Ensure smooth production by timely provision of parts and effective management of containers.
• Handle incoming goods, perform quality checks, and maintain dock timing.
• Maintain 100% final product delivery and manage Mopar requirements.
• Coordinate logistics for shipments with appropriate documentation.
• Conduct various audit activities and review material requirements.
• Manage personnel performance and handle complaints.
• Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and schedule operations during breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, CSR, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
