CMM Programmer (THIRD SHIFT) Essential Functions/Duties:
- Measurement Lab.
 - Create CMM Programs.
 - Assembly, subassembly, and component measurement (assembly piece or complete pieces).
 - Calibration Plan.
 - Calibration and adjustment of assembly devices.
 - Process Product / Capability Performance.
 - Auditing (Including Erros Proof Verification).
 - Device Programs (Etest).
 - Suppliers Evaluation.
 - Ensuring compliance to and participation in IATF 16949 and CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) compliance & ISO 14001 certification.
 - Customer Quality Performance.
 - Document Control and System Maintenance.
 - Collect and evaluate measurement data, validate equipment/assemblies, and perform product and process audits.
 - Analyze daily inspections, measurements, and data collection.
 - Use or wear PPE as required.
 - Components measurements.
 - Assist and participate in PPAP and PSO activities.
 - KPI - Internal Quality Performance.
 - Interface with Production Employees.
 - Root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
 - Various audit activities.
 - Reaction to potential out-of-spec/incorrect/out-of-control items by notifying Supervisor/QE/QM.
 - Has the ability to stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor and Plant Director for Safety related matters requiring immediate repair.
 - Has the ability the stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor and Plant Director of quality-related non-conforming matters requiring immediate repair.
 - Support Maintaining of ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 processes.
 - Other duties as assigned.
 
Required Experience/Skills:
- Post Secondary Education in a related field (Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
 - 3 years working experience in Quality or related field.
 - IATF16949/CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) ISO 500001/14001 Auditor.
 - Blue Print Reading.
 - Official CMM training.
 - Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Use of handheld gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
 - Calibration techniques.
 - Gage R&R and MSA.
 - Process Capability.
