CMM Technician – 3rd Shift (Onsite Only)

Join our team and make an impact in precision manufacturing! We’re looking for a skilled CMM Technician to support our measurement lab and quality processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with CMM programming and calibration, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Create and run CMM programs for assembly and component measurements.
- Perform calibration and adjustment of assembly devices.
- Conduct product/process capability analysis, audits, and root cause investigations.
- Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Collect and analyze measurement data, validate equipment, and assist with PPAP and PSO activities.
- React promptly to out-of-spec conditions and stop production when necessary for safety or quality concerns.
What We’re Looking For
- Preferred: Post-secondary education in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- Required: 3+ years in Quality or related field.
- Skilled in Blueprint Reading, official CMM training, and use of gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
- Knowledge of Gage R&R, MSA, and Process Capability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with production teams.
