About the Role

Join a dynamic team where precision and innovation drive success! As an Engineering Change Coordinator, you’ll manage technical change processes, coordinate pre-series events, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients. This role is critical to maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Change Management process to evaluate and implement client technical changes.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotes for impacts due to engineering changes.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure smooth production transitions.
  • Organize and manage pre-series events with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and product data management (PDM).
  • Collaborate closely with major clients like Tesla and FCA on project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of engineering design principles, CAD, and product development.
    • Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO 9001:2015, and quality management systems.
    • SAP experience preferred.
  • Languages: English required; Spanish/German/French a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Physical & Work Environment

  • Onsite role in a dynamic production facility (temperature varies by season).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Frequent walking, bending, and occasional forklift operation (valid driver’s license required).
  • Safety-first culture with mandatory PPE.
