Finance Intern – Part-Time Opportunity
We’re looking for a Finance Intern to join our team and support key finance and accounting functions. This is a part-time internship with the potential to grow into a long-term opportunity.
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $20/hour
- Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
- Flexibility: You may occasionally work more hours with manager approval
- Start Date: We’re looking to fill this role quickly
- Location: Onsite internship in Manor, TX
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with our Finance and Accounting leadership team to:
- Help with forecasting and planning for profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow
- Support billing and collections processes
- Assist with account reviews and reconciliations
- Help post revenues and collections in SAP
- Contribute to business planning, forecasts, and financial reports
- Assist with cash flow planning and external financial audits
- Support analysis of customer chargebacks and cost-saving initiatives
- Participate in creating a safe and environmentally responsible workplace
- Perform other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance (ideally a Sophomore or higher)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and eager to learn
- Interest in a long-term internship
