What You’ll Do
- Coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments.
- Support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings.
- Validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain PTA records.
- Assist with CTPAT training and security validations.
- Oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 3+ years in customs and international trade (automotive industry preferred).
- Skills:
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
- Languages: English required; Spanish a plus.
- Certifications: CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus.
