Job Title: Site Assembly Emgineer

Main Activities:

• Achieving IPIs with specific focus on assembly area (CNQ, Assembly Scrap, productivity, internal PPM standards & Network).
• Ensuring parts are produced according to customer specifications and requirements.
• Taking part in the implementation of the plant progress plan encouraging staff involvement, through the implementation of specific follow-up activities.
• Leading daily production meetings, adjusting the resources according to the changes, implementing and making sure the efficiency of corrective actions.
• Is required to maintain a high level of maintenance and cleanliness in the assembly area.
• Providing appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team and MPM team.
• Interaction with customer SCM team and QRES for smooth supplies of parts to customer and ensuring no quality issues or part shortages.
• Leading assembly maintenance team.
• Maintain 5’s on shop floor.
• Able to handle audit like IATF, ISO etc. and customer specific.
• Well known in data management and uses of Microsoft Ex., PPT, etc.
