SITE MANUFACTURING PAINT PROFESSIONAL

• Develops and implements painting manufacturing activities in accordance with HSE requirements, customer expectations, and plant objectives, ensuring optimal performance regarding IPI.

• Trains and develops team leaders to ensure maximum efficiency during shifts.

• Implements continuous improvement plans and activities to maximize efficiency and enhance the painting process.

• As process owner, is responsible for IMS process management (process review, KPI management, periodic review and update of procedures, implementation of corrective and preventive actions as required, and provision of resources for process execution), taking into account relevant requirements and their evolution.

• Responsible for understanding and complying with IATF requirements and the procedures defined for the processes.

• This position includes responsibilities aligned with the Energy Management System under ISO 50001, aiming to contribute to the efficient use of energy resources, the achievement of the organization’s energy objectives, and the continuous improvement of energy performance.
