SITE PURCHASING INDIRECT PROFESSIONAL

 Manages activities in accordance with EIS governance rules, purchasing policy, and established processes.
    Owns the supplier database: responsible for the local supplier database and its evaluation through an assessment process throughout the year.
    Responsible for risk management with the support of the finance department (supplier financial health, penetration rate, etc.).
    Compares MRO costs and purchasing conditions with those of other IES plants.
    Compares data and looks for opportunities for improvement.
    Contributes to plant synergies by developing conditions with other buyers to leverage volumes and optimize costs.
    Manages supplier databases in accordance with PO policies and resolves issues with suppliers.
    Monitors MRO performance through standard KPIs and is committed to savings.
    Reports monthly and declares savings achieved in relation to current processes and standards.
    Leads negotiations with suppliers: ensures fair competition among suppliers, makes sure that at least three competitors are compared to provide the best technical solution and lowest cost.
    Manages the flow of purchase requests and launches the quote request process for the entire plant. 
    Prepares recommendations and presents them in sourcing.
    After approval of the sourcing
