1/ Capex Commodity Purchasing Lead :
- Define purchasing strategy & preferred supplier panel for the commodity of her/ his scope
- Is key account for global suppliers
2/ Industrial Project :
- Is part of OPTIPRO core team and ensure capex Q,C, T and safety project objectives
- Sourcing performance
- Negotiations of payments conditions
- Business plan & strategy commodity in place
- Capex dashboard (hours, sourcing metrics etc.)
- Contractual frames in place

Activities
|
- She/he is responsible to manage whole purchasing perimeter of the project and define clear S.OW with MRO Plant Buyers;
- She/he is responsible to follow and ensure the usage of the internal procedures ref. to purchasing métier, safety and environment;
- She/he is responsible for the purchasing capex budget (hours & money) allocated for the project
Capex Commodity purchasing lead
- Defines and builds the worldwide purchasing strategies for the commodity under its responsibility according the division needs;
- Builds & up- date business plan;
- Masters the market commodity: suppliers knowledge, new comers, trends, innovation, mid and long terms risks and opportunities…;
- Develops high level of Technical knowledge, cost understanding, market awareness on his/her segments and interact with relevant network (operations, industrial, KHC, experts, etc.);
- Establishes global commercial agreements and contractual frames with key suppliers;
- Defines the classification and status of supplier;
- Could be involved in early phases of project (expertise phase, acquisition phase);
- Negotiates global agreement with suppliers / identify bundle plan;
- Builds cost models & standards docs
Industrial Project
- Defines purchasing macro planning of the project;
- Defines the SOW with plant buyer and capex leader;
- Manages and executes the kick off meeting with her/his extended team to present the program scope, planning, technical perimeter, objectives, risks and opportunities and also lessons learned from previous projects
- Send RFQ , organize pre sourcing / sourcing and nomination according Project Targets
- Recommends the sourcing choices according to the plant, project needs and global strategy
- Follow suppliers during the industrial project
- Ensures the follow up of budget of project and alerts in case of gap.
- Cash in/ Cash out management
- Each milestones report a global overview of its project in required format

Profile requirements
|
- Engineering Degree / Business school with specialty in purchasing management.
A previous experience in purchasing or in an industrial (and international) environment or as an industrial engineer could be required
