Das könnten Ihre Aufgaben sein: 

Beschaffung und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter gemäß den Zielstellungen hinsichtlich Qualifikation, Quantität und Terminen unter Berücksichtigung des Personalbudgets

Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und der beschäftigten Mitarbeiter am Standort

Gestaltung der Beschäftigungsbedingungen (Entlohnungssysteme, Zeitwirtschaft etc.)

Personalentwicklung, Qualifizierung und Nachfolgeplanung

Überwachung der monatlichen HR-bezogenen Berichte zur Erreichung der budgetierten KPIs

Sie bringen mit: 

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbar
Berufserfahrung im Industrie Bereich, insbesondere Automobilbranche
Erfahrung im Personalbeschaffung.

Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP (HRM & SuccessFactors) und im MS-Office Paket 
Verhandlungssichere Englisch und Deutsch
Zielorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
