Main Missions:


The Financial Analyst assists in the reporting and analysis of Argentina financial activities. The Financial Analyst will:

• Assist the team in the creation of all the relevant and standardized template for the country reporting
• Perform monthly reporting for Argentina (Headcount, plant split, input in HFM/Opium…)
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the reporting tools (HFM, Opium, SAP…)
• Coordinate material margin forecast in Bill of Material via interaction with Sales and Purchasing
• Participate in the creation of financial dashboard for Florida plant
• Participate in the forecast, budget and Business Plan processes
• Confirm data / reporting accuracy and prepare various financial analysis as assigned by the Plant Controller


Key Activities:

• Upload information and reports at required timing into Opium/HFM and participates in the continuous improvement of the reporting tools
• Assist in the forecast, budget and Business Plan processes
• Perform Bill Of Material control and review
• Communication and analysis of weekly Flash forecasting
• Assist in R&D controlling activities
• Ensure consistent application of Plastic Omnium global accounting policies and procedures across all plants as they relate to operations
• Comply with all work rules, policies and procedures and promote and exemplify Plastic Omnium’s values to all associates
• Perform other duties as assigned


Personal Background:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in finance and/or Accounting
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry and/or in the reporting function would be a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of IFRS, Accounting and Auditing Procedures
• Fluent in English. A good level of Spanish is required.
• HFM Knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FI, CO preferred
• Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data
• Advanced MS Office Excel formula skills
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
