Mission:
Executes the integrated Human Resources management systems through the differents subsystems that comprise it; implements the policies inherent to the area, in order to attract suitable personnel and maintain a favorable work environment that provides human and intellectual development to achieve objectives of the operation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the salary and wages settlement process, ensuring the accuracy of the information and compliance with the procedure approved by auditing.
- Ebnsurance the loading of information into the VISMA / OPTIMUS / Opteam sustems.
- Supervise and review the preparation of HR documentation generated by the administration of personnel administration systems.
- Participate in the application of regulations standars, procedures and meeting of the integrated Labor Relations
• Execute and update the communications program (visual management, meetings, events)
• Manage processes - engagement survey programs / Talent Review / performance evaluation
• Track the area's services budget (taxi pickup, training, events)
• Lead Corporate Social Responsibility events
• Collect information to update the human resources information system to maintain a secure, agile, and timely record of data.
• Maintain the Human Resources budget and submit deviation reports.
• Depending on the area, they are responsible for compliance with programs to achieve environmental and safety objectives.
• Demand and promote improvement actions for products, processes, and systems.
• Responsible for closing internal audit findings, inspections, 8D reports, or corporate initiatives related to their areas in terms of safety and the environment.
• Promote Safety, Health, and Environment standards.
• Know and comply with the guidelines of the Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy
• Participate and collaborate in achieving the objectives of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Actively collaborate in the participation and consultation processes established by the company
• Participate in occupational risk analysis and incident investigations. Identify hazards
• Know and comply with legal and other requirements required by PO
• Properly segregate waste
Profile:
Personal experience. Completed university studies in Administration and/or humanities or completed the last one similar positions for at least 3 years
Technical skills: HR Management - Handling of technical instruments for applying human respurces - Design of organizational structures - Labor Legislation - Salary settlement sustem - Fluent English
Soft skills: planning & management, Analytical / critical thinking, guidance / advice - Leadership / Team work
