1 / - MISSION: 
To support and monitor the customer while keeping Plastic Omnium aware of the customer’s needs and issues.

2 / - MAIN ACTIVITIES: 
•    Monitor assembly line for customer satisfaction
•    Communicate with PO Chattanooga to enhance customer service
•    First response to contain issues at the customer line while extra support is being arranged by PO
•    Troubleshoot and determine best manner to address issues that arise at the customer
•    Attend customer quality meetings as needed
•    Other duties as assigned by manager
•    Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc).
