Goals for Internship:

• Learn and becomes proficient in internal software systems (SAP)
• Understands the overall concept of the company and how it functions as a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry.
• Become familiar with various reports used to analyze the financial aspects of the plant.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain daily scrap reports
• Maintain daily sales report
• Assist with month end reports 
• Auditing freight invoices
• Additional ad hoc tasks to be assigned

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in college courses or recent graduate.
  • (Finance/Accounting major preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Suite Skills – Excel / Power BI / PowerPoint
• Strong Communication Skills

Skills & Abilities:

• Self-starter with superior communication skills
• Able to provide advice and support but also to challenge and provide an alert when things are not on track
• Able to build relationships and work both cross-functionally and cross-regionally
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
