Mission

To gain experience in the Human Resources disciplies, learning how the manufacturing process operates and how HR contributes to the success of the company.

Maint Activities

-Assist with recruitment and employee relations efforts in the plant

-Assisn with health and safety efforts in the plant

-Assist with Training and Development efforts in the plant

-Assist with payroll and benefits efforts in the plant

-Job shadowing shirt managers to learn the process

-Development and delivery of HR-relation projects

Participation in continuous improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focsed Improvment Roadmanp, etc)

Competencies

Active undergraduate student in HR or related field

Computer experience

Good communicator

Experience coordinating events
