MISSION:

  • To provide HR support to all associates

 

ACTIVITIES:

  • Assist in facilitating associate communication
  • Employee relations / problem solving activities (incident investigation)
  • Manage drug compliance policy
  • Assist with new hire induction
  • Manage suggestion program
  • Manage employee recognition processes
  • Manage temporary labor
  • Complete SAP transactions
  • Manage hourly annual review process
  • Generate various monthly reports for HR Manager
  • Manage temporary housing process
  • Coordinate internal bid process
  • Manage Visa Process for international trainees
  • Assist, meet or exceed established targets

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in all Federal and State employment laws – ERISA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA
  • At least 3 years of hands on experience in HR / Employee Relations
  • Competence with MS Office applications
  • Good Customer Service Skills 
  • Good organization skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to represent all shifts as required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and bring to successful completion
  • Ability to be productive in the midst of constant interruptions and changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with others
  • Ability to be a productive team player
