SITE MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

MISSION:

1. Execute and improve the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance system and task
2. Support all areas of  production to achieve team KPI’s
3. Ensure and improve the machines and devices safety level
4. Support Improvements activities
5. Responsible for safety standard implementation and follow up (LOTO, lifting devices, mold transport, personal safety linked with the maintenance)

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

1. Execute the internal maintenance schedules
2. Solve trouble shooting and correct open issues
3. Drive Improvement actions which are under his responsibility
4. Apply safety rules and report any risk linked with the safety
5. Make sure that equipment meets technical and performance specifications
6. In cooperation with industrial teams, participate in new equipment specifications, reception and installation in the plant
7. Participate in action plans to restore regular process
8. Give to the production team assistance and training on devices and equipment
9. Put in place basic energy installations inside the building needed for all dept. cells
10. Support production team for autonomous maintenance implementation and execution
11. Keep and update general documentation
12. Help external companies in terms of task organization and execution
13. Help  mold maintenance, Injection maintenance or building maintenance team in case of needs
14. Update Maintenance system after each activities
15. Repair, cover, and fill in in any area requested
16. Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc)

Competencies:

1. Fields of experience: Industrial Maintenance or related field associates degree preferred
2. Technical skills: good electrical, automation and mechanical knowledge
3. Behaviors: team player, motivated
