Mission

Contribute to the successful execution of project quality activities by coordinating quality deliverables, monitoring project risks, and driving timely completion of customer and internal quality requirements while developing expertise in automotive quality systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project quality deliverables and maintain APQP documentation to support customer milestone approvals.
  • Monitor quality actions, risks, and project metrics, escalating concerns to the Project Quality Leader when needed.
  • Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and customer presentation materials to support project reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and report validation, launch, and production quality data.
  • Drive improvement initiatives through data analysis, lessons learned, and process standardization.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Preferred experience in automotive quality methodologies including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and basic problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
