Main Mission:

To develop and implement a training program for all employees within Chattanooga.

Main Activitities:

• Schedule, manager and monitor  training events on-site and off-site (SCOOP end-user, HSE, etc)
• Direct personnel training and development programs
• Perform needs analysis and formulate training policies and schedules
• Coordinate all floor training and ensure all related documents are completed and posted.
• Train supervisory personnel in effective training processes.
• Coordinate training courses with community educational facilities
• Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc)
• Serve as the Training expert for all internal and external audits.
• Serve as the MLP administrator and ensure all training is tracked appropriately.
• Maintain an effective and organized filing system to house all training.
• Ensure training plans are completed and documented.

Requirements:

Experience in Training in Manufacturing environment

• Bachelors degree in a related field or adequate experience in training coordination/manufacturing training
• Good organization skills
• Self motivated
• Able to coordinate more than one project at a time
• Able to implement new programs
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment
• Able to represent all shifts as required
• Competence with MS Office applications
• Good Customer Service Skills
