Key responsibilities:
The Quality BPO is responsible :
of the building, deployment and improvement of the overall Quality Process for Battery Product Line:
- Participate to the transformation of CPower as a leader of the market in electrification
- Ensure the transition of the Quality to the Electrification requirements
- Support the Quality team to make LL and Capitalization
- Support the Quality team with the digitalization tools
- Support the Quality team for the improvement of the Quality Process
of the improvement of the quality tools and mythology with the different department:
- Operational Quality
- Quality Engineering
- IMS
- Warranty and Services
by writing and publishing the right document (Procedure, instructions, forms….)
With the IMS team for the process definition and/or update through:
- the Process ID Card
- The controlled documents
- The feedback received from his/her process leaders and other processes
- The inputs from internal and external audits
for the process management and deployment audits
- The corporate Review of Process Performance (RPP)
- The management of corporate action plans to improve the process
- The definition of the CQA questions and criteria
- The identification of the risks and opportunities of the process related to interested parties
for the follow up of consolidated indicators
- Quality KPI, and maturity scores , improvement of indicator
Profile:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar).
• Driver's license
• Good level of knowledge pf MS Office
• Excellent English language skills, other languages seen as an asset
• Analytical thinking, flexibility, the ability to work independently
• Distinct willingness to travel
