The OPmobility Group aims to reinforce its data management capabilities in its business-critical areas.

With the objective to implement the data management and data federation approach for OPmobility Group, the Employee Data Team is set within the HR Function.

Working cross-functionally with the IS-IT Data Office Team and with other data domains’ teams (Finance, Supply etc.), the Employee Data Team organizes its activities in a project mode to deliver timely and accurate Employee data for better business decision making and required reports.

The mission of the Employee Data Projects Manager is to ensure all Employee Data Projects are planned, managed, monitored, and delivered on time and budget, with synergies and in a coordinated manner.

Personal Background

• Master’s degree in business or IS-IT education, with a specialization in Project Management
• > 5 years of experience in IS-IT projects management, preferably in the industry sectors
• Project management expertise: planning, deployment, tracking of and coordination of IS-IT / Data projects portfolio and stakeholders
• Proven experience in working with data: data automation requirements gathering, data migration, data testing, data analysis, data quality controls etc.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office competencies; experience in working with and/or developing SharePoint Tools and Power BI would be a plus
• Very good English command; fluency in French would be a plus

This position can be based either in Barcelona, Krakow or Tangier
