The role of Site Finances Controller  you will be based in our plant in Dilovasi in Turkey.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and maintain accurate financial records, including monthly balance sheets and income statements.

• Manage monthly closing activities and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.

• Contribute to the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

• Update and revise budgets throughout the year based on senior management's requirements.

• Analyze variances between actual expenditures and budgeted figures; report findings with clear financial insights.

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor company investments, perform cost-benefit analyses, and assess the viability of investment projects. 

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or industrial environment.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and proven experience with budgeting and financial planning processes.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
