Requirements
- Master’s degree Finance with Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Controlling
- Previous program controlling experience in the automotive industry with international exposure would be a plus
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to interact with people from various backgrounds, including high level (BU Directors, Global Accounts Directors, Program Managers)
Responsibilities:
- Monitors & reports project portfolio in the various financial processes (monthly closing, rolling forecast, budget, strategic planning)
- Ensures correct application of IFRS rules regarding project accounting
- Establishes project year-end impairment test review to be presented to the external auditors
- Establishes & review “stop invest”(business plan) scenarios for new businesses with support of AVP and BU teams
- Supports standard hourly rates calculation & define methodology in coordination with Bus program controllers
- Attends and support Project milestone reviews for the financial aspects
