Reporting to the BU D&IS Business Partner for Exterior & Lighting in the region, the Regional IS Project leader – Central Europe is responsible to:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close strategic IS projects within scope, time, and budget;
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps; track milestones and mitigate risks;
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define the project roadmap, outlining key phases, milestones, and dependencies
- Contribute to the definition & deployment of Global IS transformation projects and ensure smooth collaboration with BGs & Group IS;
- Lead pilots, rollouts, cutover, and hypercare in cooperation with BG and Regional teams;
- Oversee deliverable quality (requirements, design, testing, data, cutover, training) and ensure readiness at each Project gate;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and BGs;
- Facilitate communication, reporting, and alignment with key stakeholders;
- Support business leaders in adoption, change readiness, and continuous improvement;
- Provide regular status updates, risk reports, and countermeasures;
- Ensure delivered solutions meet expected business value and lifecycle requirements;
- Collaborate with Practices, Business Partners, Value Tower, Group IS, and Operations on global and regional initiatives;
Profile:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills;
- Proven track record in managing large, strategic IS projects with high visibility and complex requirements;
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale digital transformation initiatives, from concept to delivery;
- Extensive exposure to C-level executives (e.g., CIO, CTO) and executive communications;
- Experience managing significant budgets and resources, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and mitigating major risks;
- Strong background delivering IS Solutions for business-critical functions that drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable value;
- Consistent drive for results with a record of successful deliveries;
- Analytical, structured and process oriented; adapt at prioritization in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent English & Polish;
- Willingness to travel (Central Europe region) depending on business needs (max. 20% per year);
