MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Machines and devices inspections and repairs
• Minimization of downtime and factors influencing the failure rate of machines
• Analysis and improvements plan implementation   
• Cost reduction by process optimization
• Reporting of all anomalies and faults in the machinery park and implementation of corrective measures
• Modification, modernization of machines as agreed with the supervisor
• Reporting the need for spare parts and proper management of the spare parts warehouse
• Maintenance and modification of electrical installations
• Work in a three-shift system

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: min. secondary, technical faculty electrician / electromechanical
• Preferred one year for a position related to production processes in the automotive industry
• Polish native
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, CMMS)
• Knowledge of Lean tool as well as Lock Out Tag Out system
• Qualifications: SEP G1 E, work at height above 3 m, 1kV SEP qualifications
• Knowledge: Preventive, Predictive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
• Knowledge of the construction and operation of electrical and pneumatic devices and control systems
