SITE MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN - SUPERVISOR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of tasks with fulfillment of quality, performance, and cost requirements.
- Ensuring appropriate qualifications of a subordinate team.
- Supporting Injection Technical Team with solving production problems.
- Conducting production meetings and analyzes of QRQC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why.
- Drives continuous improvement for production processes, efficiency, product quality, environment, and ergonomics.
- Building positive team relations, teamwork, focus on continuous improvement of work results.
- Close cooperation with other departments.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 2+ years in the automotive industry in a similar position will be an advantage;
- Technical high school diploma required (university degree preferred);
- Good computer skills (especially MS Office: Excel), SAP;
- Languages: Polish- fluent, English-A2;
- Very good organization of work and focus on achieving results, management skills, communication;
- Ability to work under pressure and good teamwork.
