MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Implementation of tasks with fulfillment of quality, performance, and cost requirements.
• Ensuring appropriate qualifications of a subordinate team.
• Supporting Injection Technical Team with solving production problems.
• Conducting production meetings and analyzes of QRQC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why.
• Drives continuous improvement for production processes, efficiency, product quality, environment, and ergonomics.
• Building positive team relations, teamwork, focus on continuous improvement of work results.
• Close cooperation with other departments.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2+ years in the automotive industry in a similar position will be an advantage;
• Technical high school diploma required (university degree preferred);
• Good computer skills (especially MS Office: Excel), SAP;
• Languages: Polish- fluent, English-A2;
• Very good organization of work and focus on achieving results, management skills, communication;
• Ability to work under pressure and good teamwork.
