Responsibilities:

• Managing Suppliers improvement programmes and supervising the quality control team;
• Participacing together with SE in the proces of Suppliers parts qualification: definition of control instruction and boundary samples, as well PPAP validating;
• Validating the 8Ds form Suppliers, initiating and supervison over the selections at OP Gliwice Plant and Suppliers sites;
• Up-dating and revalidates the work and control instructions for incoming Inspection area;
• Escalating the quality issues related to components and raw material;
• Managing of supplier cliams cost recovery process;
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (Technical University);
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry;
• Fluency in English and Polish language; 
• Certifications VDA 2 and VDA 6.3.;
• Basic understanding of geometry and measurement of plastic parts and basic knowledge of SAP;
• Willingness to travel for business purposes once per quarter;
