You will work closely with project teams, toolmakers, plants, and global engineering networks to ensure our tools, equipment, and processes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability.

 Key Missions
  • Lead technical support for injection systems, tool design, and tooling-related topics.
  • Ensure feasibility of plastic parts vs. tool design.
  • Drive projects to meet PRU, quality, lead-time, and industrial standards.
  • Contribute to the division’s standards for tooling, injection processes, and equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and share global best practices.

 Responsibilities

Safety

  • Work in full compliance with internal and external HSE standards.
Advance Phase & Technical Definition
  • Define cycle times, scrap rates, and required machine clamp forces.
  • Validate mold and tooling specifications with product line & purchasing teams.
  • Define technical parameters necessary for cost estimation of injection means.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies (IMPC, valve gates, robotics, cooling systems, sensors, etc.).

Project Execution & Industrialization
  • Lead the tool design phase and maintain strong communication with toolmakers.
  • Validate:
    • Tool sizing, kinematics, cooling, injection tech
    • Moldflow analysis, gate design, shrinkage values
    • Injection system architecture
