TITLE:                       Supply Chain Engineer US

Duties:                     Ensures safety policies are understood and respected; Implements corporate supply-chain best practices; Prepares supply-chain KPI’s and updates related action plans for review by Plant Logistics Manager; Maintains and optimizes supply-chain systems (production planning, stocks, Logistics FMEA); Designs and implements improvements in the supply-chain (upstream, internal and downstream physical and information flows) based on lean principles and PO’s best practices; Interface with Optimap/Optipro organization (management of new products/process introduction; Lead workshops and training actions. This role requires 15% domestic travel.

SCHEDULE:              40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

LOCATION:               OPmobility f/k/a Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior, 310 Genoble Road, Greer, SC 29651

REQUIREMENTS:     Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field where required experience gained and five (5) years of experience as a Supply Chain Engineer, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Engineer or related role where required experience gained.

                                   Also requires experience in the following:

• 5 years of experience in transport database management and data processing (xls);
• SAP, Excel, and Access;
• Data Analytics;
• TPM & Lean Principles;
• Project Management and leading workshops; and
• Customs (export/import) and Free Trade Agreement.
