🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Assess and Prepare: Evaluate plant and program readiness for all build phases and launches, anticipating potential issues and implementing proactive solutions to prevent delays or failures.
• Lead Readiness Reviews: Conduct launch readiness reviews and generate clear, actionable reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Be the Connector: Serve as the key liaison between plant and program teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring mutual success across departments.
• Mitigate Risks: Identify and communicate risk areas early, presenting well-thought-out mitigation strategies and contingency plans to leadership.
• Drive Execution: Take ownership of critical tasks tied to program objectives, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Support Leadership: Provide strategic and operational support to Program Directors and core teams, contributing to overall program success.
• Data Management: Collaborate with various departments to gather, organize, and consolidate essential program data for decision-making.
• Follow Through: Monitor progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
• Present with Impact: Assist in creating compelling presentations that communicate program and launch status to stakeholders.
