OPMobility is looking for VIE to help in the deployment of the OP Excellence System by developing Lean methods, digital tools, and training materials to enhance performance and spread a continuous improvement culture across all plants.

Missions: 

  • Create and deploy Lean methods and tools to strengthen industrial performance in new programs and support Lean culture across plants.
  • Develop and deploy training materials, Lean games, and digital tools (MOOCs, videos, best practice databases) to educate and engage the Industrial Community.
  • Animate and grow the Industrial / Lean Community in collaboration with the Manufacturing Excellence team.
  • Benchmark and share best practices between regions and plants to accelerate performance convergence.
  • Support the deployment of the OP Excellence Handbook across all Business Groups.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of manufacturing through Power BI, PowerApps, and new technologies.

Competences requirements: 

  • Engineering school with Continuous Improvement, Mechanical and digital skills.
  • First experience in an industrial company preferred (automotive tier 1, continuous improvement)
  • Capacity to work within an international team, good relationship.
  • Capacity to introduce new ways of looking, creative ideas with the capacity to put in practice.
  • Fluent English (working language)
