Main Mission:

Serve as a trusted HR partner by providing comprehensive support on people-related topics to all associates, fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement & Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between associates and leadership.
  • Employee Relations: Support problem-solving activities, including incident investigations and resolution.
  • Onboarding: Assist with new hire induction to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Recognition Programs: Manage employee recognition initiatives to promote engagement and morale.
  • Workforce Management: Oversee temporary labor processes and manage hourly annual review cycles.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Generate monthly HR reports for leadership and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Talent Mobility: Coordinate internal bid processes and manage visa requirements for international trainees.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in meeting and exceeding established HR targets and objectives.

Desired Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws (ERISA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA).
  • Skills:Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of representing all shifts as needed.
