Contract Details :

  • Job Title : SITE MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY TEAM LEADER
  • Type of contract : Long-term At-will
  • Expected Hiring Date : ASAP
  • Shift Requirements: B Shift (7:30pm – 7am)

 

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor work environment and mentor employee actions to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and effective operation of the IMS.
  • Ensure compliance with the training of associates following the corresponding procedure as well as daily compliance with standardized work, work instructions.
  • Monitor production schedule to ensure that parts are available for Assembly.
  • Ensure World Class part quality is delivered to all customers.
  • Communicate IPI indicators.
  • Ensure Associates are provided with proper tools/support to deliver a World Class product.
  • Relieve Operators as needed.
  • Provide direction / assign tasks to operators.
  • Report any safety or performance issues to Shift Manager.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Assembly environment.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude
