Contract Details :
- Job Title : SITE MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY TEAM LEADER
- Type of contract : Long-term At-will
- Expected Hiring Date : ASAP
- Shift Requirements: B Shift (7:30pm – 7am)
Responsibilities :
- Monitor work environment and mentor employee actions to ensure safe working conditions.
- Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and effective operation of the IMS.
- Ensure compliance with the training of associates following the corresponding procedure as well as daily compliance with standardized work, work instructions.
- Monitor production schedule to ensure that parts are available for Assembly.
- Ensure World Class part quality is delivered to all customers.
- Communicate IPI indicators.
- Ensure Associates are provided with proper tools/support to deliver a World Class product.
- Relieve Operators as needed.
- Provide direction / assign tasks to operators.
- Report any safety or performance issues to Shift Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- HS Diploma or GED
- Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Assembly environment.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude
