- Job Title : SITE SUPPLY CHAIN MASTER SCHEDULER
- Type of contract : Long-term At-will

Responsibilities :
- Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments - Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.
- Maintains master distribution schedule for the assigned facility; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
- Responsible for supervising staff of production schedulers.
- Create, maintain, and analyze production schedule daily to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory and maximizing OEE
- Optimizing the usage of resources, material, equipment and head count.
- Manage assigned projects to improve manufacturing effectiveness in relationship to the production system, quality, cost and delivery.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc)
- Facilitating the cooperation of production areas.
- Scheduling trials in accordance with the plant needs vs project launch phases.
- Maintain daily KPI’s
- Periodically compares current and anticipated orders with available inventory of raw materials; uses judgment to anticipate demand for and to acquire additional supplies as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production scheduling
- Experience dealing with customers and suppliers about quality and timely delivery (Tier 1automotive experience a plus)
- “Lean” application to products, processes, and flows
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP System
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Open to new concepts and innovation with application to problem solving and productivity improvement
- Dedication to safety
- Internal and external customer orientation and skills required
- Capacity of analysis and synthesis
- Good communicator across multi-functional and cultural landscape
