The role of Indirect Buyer is based in our Modules Business Group in Gyor, Hungary.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead sourcing initiatives across various indirect spending categories, leveraging available tools and strategies to improve overall performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with key suppliers to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with agreed terms.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Management Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within an international, preferably industrial environment.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken), Czech/Slovak language is a plus

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proven project management and category management experience
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
