RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Animate and lead the deployment of POMS (Plastic Omnium Manufacturing System) in the plant to drive continuous improvement resulting in a visible global efficiency on the shopfloor
  • Participate in the POMS network
  • Boost improvement in multiple domains: Productivity, SMED, 5S, VSM, layout, stock reduction, TPM, visual management, …
  • Be the reference in terms of Lean.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

Personal Background

  • Engineer or equal by experience
  • Preferably some years of experience in lean manufacturing or production

 

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Open, creative, analytical mindset
  • Good communicator and influencer
  • Languages: Dutch + English
