MISSION

For the blow molding machines: to monitor, to maintain, to save guard and tot optimize the processes and machinery in order optimize production output with respect of all standards.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  & TASKS 

 

  • The proper application of the processes regarding blow molding machines.
  • The development and implementation of improvements regarding these production processes and the follow-up of these improvements.
  • Follow-up and reporting scrap, OLE and OEE.
  • Keep up to date all relevant documents regarding the production process.
  • Training of people from production and maintenance regarding (changed) production processes.
  • Increase knowledge of different production processes through research or by contact with others, in order to apply this knowledge for new or improved products, machines or processes.

 

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

 

Personal Background

  • master in electromechanics or equal by experience

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Good communicator
  • Language: knows how to express himself/herself clearly in Dutch + fluent in Englisch + knowledge of French and German is a plus
  • Hands on with an open mind
  • Safety mindset
