Continuous Improvement Manager

The role of Continuous Improvement Manager will be located in our Exterior Business Group in Hlohovec, Lozorno. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive Continuous Improvement activities across the plant using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Deploy and maintain Focused Improvement initiatives and ensure successful implementation of action plans.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and promote best practice sharing across the organization.
• Implement Lean projects to improve productivity, efficiency and key plant performance indicators.
• Coordinate technical assessments within Production, Injection, Paint and Maintenance areas and monitor resulting action plans.
• Train and support managers in the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Promote and deploy Lean standards, pull systems and operational excellence practices within the plant.
• Monitor, analyze and report plant performance indicators and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Represent the plant within internal Continuous Improvement networks and forums.
• Support budget preparation and contribute to achieving overall plant performance objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or other technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, Operational Excellence or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement practices, including 5S, Kaizen and Lean projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead improvement initiatives and drive operational performance
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to engage and challenge managers across different departments to achieve business objectives
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Native Slovak speaker with fluent English communication skills
