Manufacturing Assembly Manager

The role of Manufacturing Assembly Manager will be located in our Exterior Business Group in Hlohovec, Lozorno. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assembly production operations to ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and actively support the plant progress plan.
• Lead daily production meetings, monitor performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Plan and organize production resources to meet changing business and customer demands.
• Manage and develop production teams, including performance management, coaching and employee development.
• Support new product launches in cooperation with Program and Engineering teams.
• Ensure efficient operation, cleanliness and maintenance standards within the assembly area.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure delivery of agreed financial targets.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in a Production Manager, Assembly Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry
• Strong people management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Experience managing production performance, productivity, quality and safety KPIs
• Good understanding of assembly processes, production planning and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced shopfloor environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills
• Native Slovak speaker with fluent English communication skills
