We are looking for a person to take over the role of EHS Manager in our plant and for whom safety and implementation of EHS legislation standards is the top priority. The role of Site EHS Manager is based in our Exterior Business Group in Hlohovec, Slovakia. 

Responsibilities: 

• Leads, sets up, and monitors the EHS, OHS, Fire Safety, Environmental Protection, and Civil Defense management program, ensuring compliance with legal requirements in these areas
• Supports and advises management in defining tasks and responsibilities related to OHS, Fire Safety, and Environmental Protection
• Assists in identifying unsafe conditions and environmental risks and recommends action plans
• Analyzes accidents, incidents, and work diseases to establish action plans with management
• Evaluates working conditions and site compliance with legislation. Advises plant management in case of non-compliance with environmental, safety, or working conditions. Proposes improvements of working conditions
• Ensures all required corporate, divisional, and legal reports are completed on time. Analyzes data and recommends actions
• Maintains contact with external authorities (insurance companies, local legal entities, etc.)
• Monitors the implementation of EHS action plans
• Participates in energy management programs
• Provides EHS inputs for the IMS system
• Responsible for obtaining and maintaining all ISO regulations, ensuring compliance with all necessary legal requirements
• Ensures implementation and maintenance in accordance with ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001

Requirements: 

• Certification as a "Safety Technician and Fire Technician"
• 5 years of experience in a similar position in production company
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and civil protection
• Certification of professional competence for working with toxic substances is an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 standards
• Experience in setting ergonomic parameters for workplaces
• Reporting KPIs in the EHS area
• Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to seek constructive solutions
• Independence and proactivity
• Advanced level of English
