The role of Site Finances Controlling Manager is based in our Modules Business Group in Kecskemet, Hungary.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and standardize controlling methods, cost accounting processes, and reporting structures.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze costs, services, inventories, sales, and operating results.
• Prepare and comment on P&L statements, plan/actual variances, and corrective actions.
• Perform cost-effectiveness analyses for investments, new products, relocations, and improvement measures.
• Manage financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, chart of accounts, and closing processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including tax documentation.
• Provide regular reports, KPIs, and recommendations to plant and department management.
Your Profile
• Completed vocational training with additional qualifications or a relevant degree.
• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Several years of Finance & Controlling experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, MS Office, IFRS, and HGB.
• Analytical, responsible, committed, hands-on, and team-oriented leadership style.
• Very good English language skills.
