The role of Senior Human Resources Generalist is located in our Modules Plant in Kecskemét, Hungary. In this role you will be a key contact for managers and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to a professional, reliable and service-oriented HR function. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with plant managers on HR matters and organizational needs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Hungarian labor law and company policies.
• Coordinate performance management and talent development processes.
• Support compensation, payroll, and HR administration activities.
• Analyze HR metrics and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Manufacturing and automotive industry experience preferred.
• Very good knowledge of SAP HR/HCM or comparable HR systems and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian labor legislation.
• Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Fluent Hungarian and professional English language skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
