Responsibilities
- Participate in the unit production cost preparation and ensure consistency in collaboration with the Technical Department; update changes in the information system accordingly.
- Calculate and analyze hourly rates.
- Contribute to impact analyses and project profitability studies.
- In case of deviations in cost price, margin, or plant results from budget targets, analyze root causes, define corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.
- Support the budgetary process.
- Ensure budget preparation in cooperation with other departments.
- Participate in monthly site reporting activities for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., flash reports, monthly reporting, rolling forecasts), and reporting (CNQ).
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business objectives.
Profile
- Degree in finance, controlling, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or finance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and practical knowledge of Power BI, SAP, HFM, and BW.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with operations teams.
- Results-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
